Ageless Aesthetics offers goods and services through this Website. Pricing for services may be customized based on individual needs and will be provided prior to purchase. All prices include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors, including Apple Pay, PayPal, Square, Stripe, and other supported platforms. Accepted payment methods may include major credit cards, cash, checks, and approved patient financing programs such as Cherry and CareCredit.

Ageless Aesthetics does not store or control payment information and is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third-party payment processors.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all provided information is accurate.

Cancellations, Refunds & Deposits

All purchases made through this Website are final. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on goods or services, including deposits, unless required by law.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to fraud, errors, or product or service unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery options are calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped within a reasonable timeframe after purchase. Shipping may be fulfilled by Ageless Aesthetics or a third-party provider.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect information provided at checkout.

Subscriptions

Some products or services may be offered on a subscription basis with an initial term of 12 months. Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless canceled.

To cancel automatic renewal, you must notify us at least 60 days prior to your renewal date by phone at 317-855-9100 or through your online account. Subscription payments are non-refundable.

Accounts

To create an account, you must be 18 years or older and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
